The Certified Collectibles Group is the world’s leading provider of expert, impartial and tech-enabled services that add value and liquidity to collectibles. Together, the Certified Collectibles Group companies — NGC, PMG, CGC, JSA and ASG — have certified more than 110 million collectibles since 1987.
NGC is the world’s largest third-party coin grading service. PMG is by far the world’s largest third-party paper money grading service. CGC is the preferred grading service for the certification of pop culture collectibles, including comic books, magazines, TCGs, sports cards and video games. ASG provides certification services for stamps. In 2024, the Certified Collectibles Group acquired JSA, the world leader in autograph authentication.
The services provided by the Certified Collectibles Group companies are rooted in accuracy, consistency and objectivity. The companies do not buy or sell collectibles, and full-time graders are prohibited from commercial trading to prevent conflicts of interest. In addition, a submitter’s identity is always concealed from the experts who handle their collectibles. These measures ensure a fully impartial expert assessment of authenticity and condition, adding transparency to the market and giving greater confidence to buyers and sellers around the world.
