Upcoming Nomisma Sale Spotlights NGC-certified Vatican Coin

Many rare and collectible Italian coins, certified by Numismatic Guaranty Company® (NGC®), are available for bidding now in Nomisma Auction 67, scheduled for April 13-14, 2023.
Among the highlights of this auction is an Italy (1534-49) Papal States 2 Fiorino di Camera graded NGC MS 65+ (lot 896) with a starting price of 70,000 EUR (about $74,000). The coin represents one of the pinnacles of Renaissance coin art, with outstanding work by Leone Leoni, an engraver and sculptor. Its condition is exceptional, easily making it the highest-graded among six examples in the NGC Census.
