Submit your sports cards, TCGs, non-sports cards, comic books, video games and home video collectibles at the April 12-13 show in Clearwater.

Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®) is excited to be accepting submissions of sports cards, TCGs, non-sports cards, comic books, video games and home video collectibles at the Bay Area Card Show, being held at the Banquet Masters facility in Clearwater, Florida, on April 12-13, 2024. The Bay Area Card Show is a monthly celebration of all things cards and collectibles, giving attendees the opportunity to buy, sell and trade their collections.

Preparing submissions for the show

To spend more time enjoying the show, submit your prepared collectibles through the Express Drop-off Service, which enables you to skip the line and quickly hand off your prepared submission to a CGC representative.

To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

  1. Become a CGC member here.
  2. Go to the online submission form for cards, comics, video games or home video.
  3. Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission.
  4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.
  5. Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.

  6. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
  7. Go to the Express Drop-off sign to finalize your submission.

All submissions will be transported to CGC’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.
