Entrants must attend the CGC Comics MegaCon 2015 Conference in Orlando Florida from April 10-12, 2015 (“MegaCon”) and have access to the Internet and a Facebook account during the Promotion Period to enter this Promotion. Further, Entrants specifically release Sponsor, Stan Lee and Facebook from any and all liability associated with this Promotion.

The CGC Comics MegaCon 2015 Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Certified Guaranty Company, LLC, (also called “CGC”) P.O. Box 4711, Sarasota, FL 34230 (“Sponsor”). The Promotion is not sponsored or endorsed in any way by Facebook, Stan Lee, or their affiliates.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion shall take place as follows during the 14 day period beginning on March 20, 2015 and sending on April 3rd, 2015 (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be submitted by 17:00 on April X, 2015 Pacific Time Zone.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is offered only to individuals who plan to attend MegaCon who are legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry. Employees of Certified Collectibles Group and any of its respective owners, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, franchisees, representatives, advertising, promotion and production agencies, agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the “steps” of each) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If the Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited, and in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, the forfeited Prize may be awarded in a subsequent random drawing to an alternate Prize Winner. The Prize Winner may be required to furnish proof of eligibility under these Official Rules.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION:

At any time during the Promotion Period, any eligible person wishing to become an Entrant should go to the CGC Comics Facebook Page, click “Like,” and provide an e-mail address at which he or she can be contacted and his/hers first and last name. That’s all that it takes to enter the Promotion. Only one entry per Entrant is permitted except that an Entrant can multiply his or her entries if he or she shares the Promotion with Facebook Friends and any of such Friends use that link to “Like” the Comics Guaranty Facebook Page and enter their email address. An additional entry will be assigned to an Entrant for each Facebook Friend who follows this procedure. By entering the Promotion each entrant warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in the Promotion and agrees to abide by these rules.

4. PRIZE and ODDS OF WINNING:

a. Prize: A random drawing will take place within 3 business days following the end of the Promotion Period. The Entrant whose entry is drawn will win a badge for one (1) free entry to MegaCon, an opportunity for a fifteen (15) minute meeting with Stan Lee at MegaCon, currently scheduled at 11:00am EST on Saturday, April 11, 2015, and a professional photograph of the meeting with Stan Lee. Winner must be available to meet with Stan Lee at any time at MegaCon between April 10 and April 12, 2015, as the schedule for the meeting with Stan Lee may change without advanced notice. Approximate Retail Value is $150.00

The prize may not be redeemed for cash. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize of a similar monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winner permitted.

Guests are not permitted to meet Stan Lee. Schedule to meet with Stan Lee is subject to change without notice. If Winner is not available for the meeting with Stan Lee, if Stan Lee is not available to meet with Winner, or if Stan Lee cancels for any reason, no alternative prize will be offered or provided. Prize does not include travel, transportation or lodging to enable Winner to attend MegaCon. All costs of travel, lodging and meals to attend MegaCon are the sole responsibility of Winner.

b. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of entries in the Promotion.

5. HOW TO REDEEM THE PRIZE: To redeem the Prize, please follow these steps:

The drawing shall take place within 3 business days following the end of the Promotion Period. Winner shall be notified by email within 5 days of the drawing. CGC’s sole obligation is to send an email to the address provided by the winner for their Promotion entry. In addition, if an eligible resident of Canada is selected as a potential winner, he/she is required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a timed, mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered by Sponsor either by mail, telephone, or e-mail before providing such individual with the prize. The Winner will have 3 days from the sending date of the winner notification email to claim the prize by: (1) acknowledging receipt of the winner notification; (2) answering the skill question if applicable; (3) completing, signing and returning Sponsor’s Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legal, Publicity Release which will be included with the notification email; and (4) providing CGC with a mailing address for Prize delivery of the MegaCon entry badge via FedEx. If the Prize is not claimed within the 3-day time limit and all other requirements are not met an alternate Prize winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received. The original Prize winner will forfeit all rights and have no further rights to any Prize nor any claims against CGC based on the forfeiture of the Prize. Return of Prize or winner notification as undeliverable, failure to respond to notification, failure to reach the winner and/or failure to provide required proof of eligibility and release(s) in a timely manner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner via a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Promotion all entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Stan Lee, Facebook and the Releasees and their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.

(“Facebook”), Stan Lee and Released Parties are not responsible for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical, mechanical, or typographical or other error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Facebook and Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to any web site(s). Facebook, Stan Lee and the Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to participants or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion and/or accepting the Prize. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or proceed with the Promotion in a manner it deems fair and reasonable.

7. DISPUTES: THE PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN THE COURTS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA. ENTRANT AND SPONSOR HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION ARISING FROM THE PROMOTION AND THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

8. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By participating in the Promotion and/or accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to allow Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered including live television, world-wide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

9. GENERAL: Sponsor reserves the right, to disqualify any individual found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Promotion. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to participate in the Promotion will void any attempted participation affected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Promotion details contained in other Promotion-related materials, the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

10. IDENTITY OF WINNER. For the name of the Prize Winner, interested individuals should place their name and address on a 3"x 5" card and mail it in an envelope to: P.O. 4711, Sarasota, FL 34230 Attn: CGC MARKETING. Such requests must be received no later than ninety (90) days after the Promotion Period end date.
