Cross At Any Grade According to grading tier
If you would like the note to be encapsulated by PMG regardless of the PMG grade that it will receive, write CROSS AT ANY GRADE in bold letters on the PMG Submission form. Throughout the event, PMG show representatives will accept submissions for all regular grading services. The cut-off time for regular submissions will be 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 12.

The above prices and turnaround times are available only for notes that are listed in Friedberg, Criswell, Haxby, Schwan, Pick and Charlton, and correct catalog attribution must be noted on the accompanying submission form. Notes submitted without appropriate attribution may be returned to the PMG office for grading and will be subject to an attribution fee and shipping charges. When submitting, kindly specify only one service tier per submission form. PMG representatives will be at the show to help you prepare submissions.

Oversize Notes: Fees are for individual notes (size 7 3/4" x 4 3/4"). Notes larger than 7 3/4" x 4 3/4" will be charged an additional $15 per note for the Oversize Holder.

Please note:

  • An attribution fee of $5 per line item is charged when notes submitted are not accompanied by a proper catalog number.
  • A $10 adjustment fee will be charged for submission forms that must be modified before they are processed. This includes forms with more than one tier listed and forms on which notes jump tier levels because they are undervalued.
  • We do not accept uncut sheets at shows. These must be sent to our Sarasota, Florida, office for grading.
  • Please remove notes from any cases before submitting them and place them in the proper sleeves.
  • Grading fees do not include shipping and insurance.
