NGC and NCS Return Shipping Fees

Use the following table to calculate your estimated return shipping fees from NGC and NCS for standard size coins, tokens and medals. Additional charges may apply for extended or remote service areas, Oversize Holders, heavier packages, added items, etc. Shipping and insurance rates are subject to change without notice.

NGC generally ships completed submissions to US addresses via FedEx with insurance coverage of up to $100,000 per package procured by NGC. For completed submissions being returned to an international address, NGC generally ships via FedEx, with insurance coverage of up to $50,000 per package procured by NGC. The FedEx shipping method used is based on the submitter’s declared values.

IMPORTANT: If you would like to pick up your submission at a FedEx location, enter the FedEx location’s address as the return shipping address (along with your name). For security reasons, NGC will not change the shipping address or instructions after the submission has shipped from our facility. Any undelivered shipments returned to NGC will be subject to additional shipping fees charged to the submitter.

Note: If submitting more than 100 coins, add $0.25 for each additional coin sent FedEx Ground. Add $0.50 for each additional coin sent FedEx Standard Overnight.

Note: If submitting more than 100 coins, add $1.00 for each additional coin sent FedEx Economy. Add $2.00 for each additional coin sent FedEx Priority.

Return shipping via USPS Mail

For completed submissions being delivered to a US PO Box, NGC generally ships via USPS Mail with insurance coverage of up to $100,000 per package procured by NGC. USPS Mail will generally be slower than FedEx, however. NGC is not responsible for the speed of shipping services. The rates for shipping via USPS Mail are the same as shipping via FedEx.

If an international submitter requests that USPS Mail be used, package(s) will NOT be insured and the risk of loss or damage during shipment is assumed by the submitter.

Shipping on one’s own account

Submitters wishing to use their own FedEx or UPS account may still do so, as long as a completed Certified Collectibles Group® (CCG®) Shipping Information Form is on file. Please note that shipments on the submitter’s own account are not insured by NGC. To access the Shipping Information Form, click here.
