PMG-certified Notes from Panama Expected to Top Spink Sale

The trio of banknotes is among the wide selection of PMG-graded rarities in the auction.

A group of three rare Panamanian banknotes certified by Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) is the top lot in Spink's World Banknotes NYINC auction. Bidding is already underway for the sale, being held on January 15, 2021.

The Panama, Banco Central de Emision 1941 notes (5, 10 and 20 Balboas) graded PMG 35 Choice Very Fine to PMG 40 Extremely Fine have an estimate of £45,000 to £50,000 (about $61,000 to $67,800 USD).
